CDM offers a number of special one-and two-year fellowships for dental school graduates who wish to deepen their knowledge in a specific area of interest. Fellowships are available in the following specialty areas: Dental Informatics, Maxillofacial Prosthetics, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

(Note that such individuals should apply for both post-doctoral and degree programs only if they are US citizens or permanent residents (and are thus eligible for post-doctoral fellowship support from our NLM/NIDCR training grant.)
