Candidates must be graduates of approved dental schools in the United States or Canada.

* The sponsoring institution, the Columbia University Medical Center, insists that all hired dental residents have in their possession either a US or Canadian dental degree. Otherwise, applicants cannot be hired.

A complete application must include the following:

  • Completed Online Application
  • Three Letters of Recommendations (One from the director of the Oral Pathology department at your schools, if possible)
  • Official Dental School Transcript (and other graduate level program transcripts, if applicable)
  • Photocopy of National Board Score Report
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Copies of publications and other pertinent materials that are listed on your CV

Please do not send in recommendations or official transcripts separately.
